Acculevel High Accuracy Submersible Level Transmitter

The Acculevel high accuracy level transmitter incorporates microprocessor-controlled signal conditioning to provide outstanding accuracy over temperature. It provides dual outputs, one analog (current or voltage) and one digital RS485. The RS485 connection allows users to retrieve both level and temperature data, interface with a PC, and rescale the analog output from 10% to 110% of the basic range (converter cable and Keller software required).

The Acculevel SDI high accuracy level transmitter incorporates microprocessor-controlled signal conditioning to provide outstanding accuracy over temperature. Like the original Acculevel, it provides dual outputs but both are digital; one SDI-12 and one RS485. Both allow users to retrieve both level and temperature data and interface with a PC or exisitng SDI-12 logger and telemetry units.

Keller Level Keller DCX-16

DCX-16 Microbore Autonomous Level Logger

The DCX-16 is an autonomous, battery-powered data collector in stainless steel housing with a very small 16mm diameter.  In applications where a small probe diameter is an advantage, the logger can record the water level (pressure) and the temperature over long periods.

DCX-16 SG/VG
Instead of a watertight screwed closure, these versions have a cable output. The interface plug is fixed on the sounding tube above the surface of the water with the help of a screw-on fixing disk. This means that there is no need to remove the DCX-16 SG/VG from the sounding tube in order to read the data.

In the VG version (reference pressure measurement), the reference pressure-compensating capillary is routed in the same cable into the read-out plug housing; this also contains the reference aperture (protected by a Gore-Tex® diaphragm) which produces the pressure equalization.

DCX-18 ECO Low-cost Rechargeable Level Logger

The DCX-18 ECO is an autonomous, rechargeable battery powered instrument. It features a stainless steel 18 mm in diameter housing designed to record pressure (water depth) and temperature over long periods at a very economical price. Its small size, rechargeable battery, fully welded housing and the relative sensor option are just a few of the many advantages provided by the DCX-18 ECO.

he sensor, electronics and the rechargeable battery are housed in a fully welded stainless steel tube for submersible deployment. For data read-out, the DCX-18 ECO must be recovered from the measurement point. The end cap, sealed by two O-Rings, must then be removed to access the serial interface.

DCX-18 ECO with cable:
An optional cable is available for the DCX-18 ECO, enabling data retrieval or configuration and charging the battery without removing the data logger. For relative measuring devices, the cable incorporates a capillary tube which enables venting the relative sensor.

DCX-22 ECO Low-cost Level Logger

The DCX-22-ECO data loggers are a cost-effective alternative to the highly accurate DCX-22 loggers and are only available in the cable-free «cigar» design.

Thanks to their long-life battery, they can keep measuring the water level, water pressure and temperature for years (up to 10 years at a rate of one measurement per hour).

The sensor, electronics and the rechargeable battery are housed in a fully welded stainless steel tube for submersible deployment.

Keller Level Keller DCX-22 Autonomous

DCX-22 Autonomous Level Logger

The DCX-22 is an autonomous, battery powered instrument made of stainless steel designed to record water depth (pressure) and temperature over long periods. Two versions are offered:

DCX-22
The sensor, electronics and battery are housed in a sealed stainless steel tube, for submersible deployment. For data read-out the DCX-22 must be recovered from the measurement point. The O-ring sealed end cap is then removed to access the data port.

The DCX-22 works with an absolute pressure sensor. In shallow water depths where the influence of barometric pressure changes should be considered, it is recommended that a second data collector DCX-22 (Baro) is placed at the surface, to record the barometric pressure. The PC then calculates the differential pressure resp. the water depth by subtracting the two measured values.

DCX-22 SG/VG
The sensor is connected by waterproof cable to a surface mounted housing with the data read-out port. This arrangement allows for easier data recovery from fixed installations. The DCX-22 SG/VG does not have to be removed from the dip pipe for data read out. The DCX-22 SG/VG is supplied with a 2" diameter fixing plate to enable mounting at the top of the dip pipe. The sensor can be sealed gauge SG, or vented gauge VG, the cable carries the vent tube for VG version sensors, and vent port in the housing is protected by a breathable Gore-Tex® membrane.

Keller Level Keller DCX-22 AA

DCX-22 AA Autonomous Level Logger

The DCX-22 AA data collector measures and records ground water levels using two Keller absolute sensors. The submersible depth sensor measures the water level. Barometric pressure variations are measured and compensated with the built-in waterproof air pressure sensor which is mounted in the electronics housing at the top of the borehole. There are no ventilation tubes; this means the DCX-22AA data logger is very rugged and suitable for reliable applications in humid and wet environments. Even short periods of immersion and flooding will not cause a problem.

Keller Level Keller DCX-22 CTD

DCX-22 CTD Conductivity, Temperature, and Depth Logger

The CTD versions of the DCX-22 range are autonomous battery-operated data collectors made of stainless steel. CTD stands for Conductivity, Temperature and Depth. Requiring little maintenance, they record the water level (pressure), temperature and conductivity over long periods.

DCX-22 AA CTD
The DCX-22 AA CTD data collector records water levels using the AA (absolute-absolute) measurement method, whereby fluctuations in atmospheric pressure are measured and compensated for by the watertight atmospheric pressure sensor with its stainless steel diaphragm. The advantage of this measurement method is that no humidity-sensitive capillary tube is required. Additionally, it is not required that the DCX-22 AA CTD be removed from the immersion tube in order to extract the data.

DCX-22 CTD
In the DCX-22 CTD, the sensor, electronics and battery are contained within the same housing. The data collector needs to be withdrawn from the immersion tube in order to extract the data. The DCX-22 CTD uses an absolute pressure sensor. In shallow water, where the impact of atmospheric pressure fluctuations also needs to be taken into account, a second DCX, acting as a barometer, is placed at the surface to record changes in atmospheric pressure. The pressure difference or, as appropriate, the water level is then calculated in the PC by subtracting both measured values. 

DCX-22 SG/VG CTD
The DCX-22 SG/VG CTD versions have a cable outlet, negating the need to withdraw the instrument from the immersion tube in order to read out the data. A locking disc is used to secure the interface connector at the surface. In the VG version (reference pressure measurement), the reference equalization capillary tube in the cable is inserted into the upper housing (read-out connector), where the reference opening protected by a Gore-Tex® diaphragm is located.
