ABB offers the standard KM26 Magnetic Level Gauge with a chamber of virtually any non-magnetic material, extruded process connections, a custom engineered float and all accessories with 316 stainless steel construction.

ABB also offers a dual chamber redundant level system, which has a proven record of improving feedwater heater reliability in power plants around the world. The MagWave combines a highly visible magnetic level indicator with the precise level measurement of a guided wave radar transmitter. Redundant level control can be achieved by adding a magnetostrictive transmitter or switch to the float chamber

MagWave Dual Chamber Level System MW05

The MagWave features two separate close-coupled chambers for the level indicator float and the Guided Wave Radar antenna. Using single probe radar transmitters in the standard 1-1/2 inch chamber provides the measurement capabilities of coaxial style probes without the potential for fouling due to buildup. The separate float chamber allows the float to travel unobstructed throughout the range of measurement. Redundant level control can be achieved by adding a magnetostrictive transmitter or switches to the float chamber.

Econolev Magnetic Level Gauge LMG100

The ECONOLEV LMG100 is a magnetic liquid level gauge specifically designed for the OEM / commercial storage tank, and light industrial market. It is engineered to meet most liquid measurement applications where a simple, non custom armored level gauge is required. The ECONOLEV provides an economical solution to traditional exposed glass level gauges.

  • 2 in. (50.8 mm) schedule 40, 316SS pipe chamber 
  • Gauge rated to 13.7 bar (275 psi) (150# flange rating) and 93.3 ˚C (200 ˚F) 
  • Threaded top and bottom gauge and cap design allows easy maintenance 
  • Clear sealed Lexan tube for shuttle indicator 
  • Welded, side connected, 1in. NPT-f process connections 
  • 1/2 in. NPT-f vent and drain connection with plug
