SYSTEM-1000 FLOW & ENERGY MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

The System-1000 provides highly accurate thermal energy measurement in chilled water, heating hot water, condenser water, and domestic water systems. Energy measurement is based on signal inputs from matched precision temperature sensors and any of ONICON’s inline, insertion, or clamp-on style flow meters. Additionally, the System-1000 can accept input from non-ONICON flow meters (4-20mA & pulse).

ONICON offers 3 years warranty with ONE YEAR NO FAULT warranty.

MCR Technologies, Inc. offers instrumentation services to insure data integrity and longevity provided to the control systems.  Our goal is to minimize process downtime and labor loss due to instrument failures.  Our field service technicians are Certified Calibration Technicians (CCT) and Professional Engineers (PE).

Services are:
  • Start up and Commissioning:  Timely start up and commissioning to meet project deadlines and within budget.
  • Service, Repair, and Troubleshooting:  Field Service expertise to repair instruments in the field to minimize downtime.
  • Calibration and Validation:  Routine calibration and inspection of field instruments.
  • Training:  On site training sessions for start up, troubleshooting, and basic operation and maintenance.
  • Preventative Maintenance:  Weekly, Monthly, or Annual maintenance agreements to insure processes operate at peak efficiency.
