Gas Ammoniator NH-1

The SUPERIOR™ Series NH-1 Gas Ammoniator is a state-of-the-art, vacuum-operated, solution feed type which mounts directly on a ammonia cylinder valve. The ammoniator is mounted onto the ammonia cylinder valve using a very heavy-duty, positive yoke clamp connection. A ammonia gas flow meter panel indicates the amount of ammonia being fed and may be located wherever it is safest and most convenient. Ammonia flow rate is manually adjusted and the design permits easy addition of a number of automatic flow rate control devices. A high efficiency, water operated ejector produces the vacuum necessary to operate the system. The ejector assembly contains a back-flow check valve system to prevent pressurized water from entering the ammoniator. A spring-opposed diaphragm vacuum regulator controls the ammonia gas flow rate and also acts as the safety shut-off valve.

Modular Automatic Switchover Gas Ammoniator Direct Cylinder Mounted NH-15

The SUPERIORTM Series NH-15 Modular Automatic Switchover Ammoniator is a state-of-the-art, totally vacuum-operated system designed to automatically switch Ammonia feed from an empty cylinder to a full cylinder. The Series NH-15 allows round-the-clock chlorination without being concerned about running out of Ammonia when the system is unattended. Series NH-15 chlorinators are of the vacuum-operated solution feed type designed to mount directly on Ammonia cylinder valves. A vacuum operated switchover module is mounted on the wall and connected to both Ammonia vacuum regulators. A Ammonia gas flow meter panel indicates the amount of Ammonia being fed and may be located wherever it is safest and most convenient. Ammonia flow rate is manually adjusted and the design permits easy addition of a number of automatic flow rate control devices. A high efficiency, water operated ejector produces the vacuum necessary to operate the system.

The SUPERIOR® Series NH-16 Automatic Switchover Gas Ammoniator is a state-of-the-art, totally vacuum-operated system designed to automatically switch ammonia feed from an empty cylinder to a full cylinder. The Series NH-16 allows round-the-Clock chlorination without being concerned about running out of ammonia when the system is unattended. Series NH-16 chlorinators are of the vacuum-operated solution feed type designed to mount directly on ammonia cylinder valves. Two vacuum regulators, each containing an integral and independent latching mechanism, are mounted directly onto two ammonia cylinder valves. A ammonia gas flow meter panel indicates the amount of ammonia being fed and may be located wherever it is safest and most convenient. Ammonia flow rate is manually adjusted and the design permits easy addition of a number of automatic flow rate control devices. A high efficiency, water operated ejector produces the vacuum necessary to operate the system.
